Miavelle (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells personal wellness products online. Privacy is not a legal checkbox for us — discretion is the core of what we promise. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
1. Information we collect
- Order information — your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (optional), and the items you purchase.
- Payment information — processed entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. Your statement will show a neutral descriptor (“MIAVELLE”).
- Support messages — anything you send us by email so we can help you.
- Device & usage data — standard analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) that tell us, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages.
2. How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to send order confirmations.
- To answer support requests and handle warranty claims.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in — every email includes one-click unsubscribe.
3. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never print the product name on the outside of your parcel or on your card statement.
- We never contact you in a way that reveals what you purchased.
4. Who we share data with
Only the partners required to get your order to you: payment processors, our U.S. fulfillment warehouse, shipping carriers, our website hosting and email providers, and advertising platforms (in hashed/limited form for ad measurement). Each partner receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own privacy obligations.
5. Cookies & advertising pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) for site functionality and to measure advertising. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and, where available, your device's ad-preference controls. The site works fine with cookies limited — checkout may just be a little less convenient.
6. How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Support emails are kept while your case is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond to every verified request, and we never treat you differently for making one.
8. Adults only
Our products and website are intended for adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
